Payments
Full payment is due by 3 October 2008. Full details of how to pay will be emailed to you once you have submitted your booking. We accept bank transfer or UK cheque. You can also pay by Paypal or credit card for an additional fee of £1.50 - if you would like to do this, please select Bank Transfer on the booking form and then email Gemma (gemma @cambridgelindy.com) to request a Paypal payment. (Credit card payments are also done via Paypal).
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled before 3 October 2008 will be fully refunded. Bookings cancelled later than this will incur a £5 handling fee on the weekend ticket charge plus the FULL charge for any t-shirts and dinners ordered; unfortunately the t-shirt and dinner charges cannot be refunded once we have ordered them from the suppliers, so we cannot refund you the money unless we find another taker for them.
