The registration form was launched at 00:01 (just after midnight) on Friday 1st July 2011.
Ticket Prices
Weekend tickets are £40 (£35 for members). This covers:
- Friday night welcome dance
- Saturday night dance with live music (including late night blues until dawn)
- Sunday afternoon dance with live music
Individual one-day tickets are also available:
- Saturday – £15 (£12 members)
- Sunday – £12 (£9 members)
- Both – £27 (£21 members)
Please note: Tickets do NOT include T-shirts, punting, the college dinner or the pub lunch.
All are welcome to join us for the pub lunch, the walking tour, and the Lindy-bomb at the festival of ideas!
Payments
Full payment will be due by two weeks after your registration has been accepted. Full details of how to pay will be emailed to you once you have submitted your booking. We accept bank transfer or UK cheque.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee and we will always resell cancelled tickets in preference to selling ‘fresh’ tickets. But if you let us know so late that we cannot resell your ticket, then any refund will be entirely at our discretion, (our events are not priced to make a profit, and we keep ticket prices low, so there may be limited funds from which to make refunds). Unfortunately the t-shirt and dinner charges cannot be refunded once we have ordered them from the suppliers, so we cannot refund you the money unless we find another taker for them.
Individual event tickets
A limited number of individual event tickets (i.e. for only the Saturday night dance or Sunday afternoon dance) will be available in advance nearer the time. Details will appear on this website. Please email info @cambridgelindyexchange.co.uk if you have any queries.
