Cambridge Lindy Exchange

The Cambridge Lindy Exchange will be happening from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th October 2009. Get set for a weekend of fun and excitement, including:

• Two live bands
• Three nights of social dancing
• Late night blues party
• Walking tours and punting
• Formal college dinner
• Cake
• Fun!!!

Friday	7.30pm – 8.30pm	Registration opens	Centre at St Paul’s, Lower Hall
	8:30pm – late	Welcome night dance. Music from top swing DJs going late into the night	Centre at St Paul’s, Upper Hall
Saturday	1130am	Walking tour of the beautiful city of Cambridge and its famous colleges	Meet at Fitzwilliam museum (founders entrance), Trumpington St
	2pm – 4pm	Join a punting tour, or take up the challenge of piloting one of these precarious but much-fun vessels yourself. The cost of punt hire is not included in your registration, but we will be trying to get a special deal!	Meet at the Mill Pond, Granta Place
	6:30pm – 8pm	Formal college dinner at Newnham College. Experience one of Cambridge’s beautiful colleges from the inside. £20 dinner charge (not included in Weekend Pass). Dinner menu can be found here, vegetarian and special diets can be catered for. Come dressed up! – the theme for Saturday night is yet to be announced.	Newnham College	_
	8pm – Late	The big dance night. The beautiful church hall at St Paul’s will be transformed into the Church Of Swing, with live music featuring Blue Harlem, as well as some more top DJs. The fancy dress theme is to be announced.	Centre at St Paul’s, Church Hall
	Late – Very late	After party: Blues night with DJ’d music into the wee hours.	Centre at St Paul’s, Lower Hall
Sunday	Early afternoon	Pub Lunch	TBA
	4pm – 8pm	Tea dance at Romsey Mill with live music featuring Colin Hazel, plus a huge number of cakes and sticky things.	Romsey Mill
