We need volunteers! If you are willing to give a bit of your time to help us run the exchange, please email volunteering @cambridgelindyexchange.co.uk
You can do as much or as little as you like – whether it’s just an hour helping on the door, keeping the snacks refilled, clearing up at the end of the night or any of a hundred other small jobs that need doing over the course of the weekend, it will really help us out. We are a completely non-profit society, so we rely on volunteers to be able to run this event. Thank you!
As requested (!) a more detailed list of jobs we’d love to find volunteers for:
- decorations: designers, makers and coordinator for setting them up (Saturday night and Sunday tea dance)
- pub lunch coordinator
- walking tour guides
- any students etc. with discounts who can “captain” a punt
- refreshment coordinators
- cake and other goodie bakers – a very important role indeed!
- hosts (email: hosting @cambridgelindyexchange.co.uk)
- on-the-night helpers: refreshments, door, set-up, clear-up
